30-day returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. No restocking fee.
How to request a return

Return shipping
We cover return shipping when the issue is our error, damage, a defect or an incorrect item. For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Photos may help us assess the issue. The ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements will not be used to reject a claim because of the reported damage, defect or incorrect item. Contact us to arrange the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
After a refund is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. No restocking fee applies.
